KARATE (Ages 4-Adult)

Our karate classes are designed after the Japanese Jiu Jitsu. The classes are facilitated by a fifth degree black belt instructor whose focal point is self control, respect, and self defense. The children who participate in our program are expected to demonstrate age appropriate social skills as well adequate academic progress thoughout the school year.

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS (MMA) (AGES 4 - ADULT)

Our Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) grappling techniques are based on the throws taught in Judo and the submission holds of Brazilian Jui Jitsu.

CARDIO FITNESS

Our cardio fitness classes are not your typical aerobic type classes. They are high energy, fast paced, and electrifying. Students are encouraged to perform at their own pace; however, they are guaranteed a complete and intense work out.

Cardio Boxing

During the cardio boxing classes, martial arts skills are incorporated with cardio movements. By utilizing stationary and handheld bags, participants achieve a full body workout.
