KARATE (Ages 4-Adult)
Our karate classes are designed after the Japanese Jiu Jitsu. The classes are facilitated by a fifth degree black belt instructor whose focal point is self control, respect, and self defense. The children who participate in our program are expected to demonstrate age appropriate social skills as well adequate academic progress thoughout the school year.
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS (MMA) (AGES 4 - ADULT)
Our Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) grappling techniques are based on the throws taught in Judo and the submission holds of Brazilian Jui Jitsu.
CARDIO FITNESS
Our cardio fitness classes are not your typical aerobic type classes. They are high energy, fast paced, and electrifying. Students are encouraged to perform at their own pace; however, they are guaranteed a complete and intense work out.
Cardio Boxing
During the cardio boxing classes, martial arts skills are incorporated with cardio movements. By utilizing stationary and handheld bags, participants achieve a full body workout.

Boot Camp
The ULTIMATE EXTREME workout!!!! This is a very intense, heart pounding, powerful training session. If done correctly, this class is guaranteed burn more than 600 calories.
Cardio Kickboxing with Weights
The kicking techniques in cardio kickboxing are based on the techniques taught in the karate classes. By utilizing the stationary and handheld bags, participants will receive an intense workout. Light weights with continuous repetions for strenght training. The combination of the kickboxing and weights enhances body sculpting.
After School Program
Dynamic Martial Arts & Fitness Studios provides a safe and secure learning environment. Our after school hours are 2:30pm - 7:00pm. Students are transported from local schools to the fitness center. We provide light snacks, homework assistance, and martial arts. We encourage our students to take advantage of this opportunity to enhance their social, emotional, and academic skills.
